What is injection Moulding?

The Injection molding is a very good method to obtain Molded any kind of products by injecting plastic materials & molten by heat into a mold, & then cooling & solidifying them.

 This method is mostly suitable for the large production of any products with any complicated shapes, and takes a mostly large part in the area of plastic processing.

What are the steps of injection Moulding?

There are 4 step in injection moulding

1. Clamping
2. Injection
3. Cooling
4. Ejection

What is the Common difference between a die and a mold?

Dies and molds are both tools for shaping any product. Dies are used to shape sheet metal part/product & other metal forms. A typical application is that the making of automobile body parts in industry.

 On the opposite hand, molds are utilized in any injection molding like with melted resin or casting molten metal. Such as plastic.

What is steel rule die?

The Steel rule die may be a sort of die cutting, that Manipulates the stocks material by pressing in any sharp in steel rule (“knife”) down into the fabric against a flat plane surface. 

The cutting edge of pierces the material being converted, separating the part & the waste.
